Licence translations are delivered in pdf format, suitable for hiring a car in Australia.

Typical turnaround is 1-2 working days.

If you need to exchange your licence for an Australian state licence, please add postage of the hard copy to your order, (we recommend using Express Post with a tracking number for sending out personal document translations).

The Department of Transport will want to see the hard copy bearing Anna's wet ink stamp and signature, (not a print-out). 

Please also note that such translations are suitable for all states except NSW, where residents must go through the state translation service, Multicultural New South Wales.

Translations are bespoke products, delivered electronically. Therefore refunds/returns are not possible, however corrections/amendments may be accomodated in discussion with the translator.

NAATI Certified translations are delivered back to you via email in pdf format. 

For most purposes, the digital copy is all that you'll need, however if you would also like to obtain a hard copy, please add postage to your order, (we recommend using Express Post with a tracking number for sending out personal document translations). 

If exchanging your licence for an Australian state licence, you will need to order a hard copy.
